The 2022 Annual Meeting will take place on Aug. 10 beginning at 7 p.m. There will not be an in-person meeting.
In early July, the Proxy Designation Form will be delivered by U.S. Mail to all REC member-owners. It will arrive as a separately mailed document — not as part of Cooperative Living magazine. Member-owners with a valid email on file with REC will also receive an email with instructions on how to access and designate their proxy online.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
DESIGNATE YOUR PROXY ONLINE. Member-owners with a valid email on file in their MyREC SmartHub profile will receive step-by-step instructions. To utilize this online proxy designation method, member-owners will be assigned a unique username and password. All member-owners can create a profile and log in to MyREC SmartHub beginning July 1 to participate in the proxy designation process.
RETURN YOUR PROXY DESIGNATION FORM after it arrives by U.S. Mail in early July. If you do not plan to participate in the Virtual Annual Meeting on Aug. 10, designate your proxy for the 2022 Director Elections. The completed Proxy Designation must be received by 5 p.m. on Aug. 3, 2022, to be valid.
If your preference is to participate in the Virtual Annual Meeting, registration opens at 7 a.m. on Aug. 4 and closes at 5 p.m. on Aug. 5. Only registered members will receive instructions to join the virtual Annual Meeting on Aug. 10 to cast their vote live.
