How to Identify REC employees:

  • All installers carry identification.
  • All follow REC’s established safety and on-property protocols.
  • Members can verify any installer by calling REC’s main number.
  • Most work takes only a short time and is completed at the meter location.

What Do I Need to Do to Prepare for Grid Edge Technology Installation?

  • In most cases, members do not need to do anything.
  • Meters are typically accessible outdoors.
  • If information needs to be shared, crews may leave a door hanger.
