Staying Ahead: Payment Options
We recorded today’s episode via Zoom with Casey Hollins, Director of Communications and Public Relations for Rappahannock Electric Cooperative to learn about all the payment options available to Rappahannock Electric Cooperative member owners.
Casey reminded us that REC has made the decision not to perform disconnections due to non-payment during this COVD-19 pandemic. She also walked through all the different options for making payments – as little or as much as you can – in order to not fall so far behind that it seems impossible to catch back up.
