A Day in the Life: The Forgotten First Responders

Hillary gave us some insight into their family life; what stresses her out about his job; and she told us about his answer to “How was your day?”

We talked about how her department gets updates and information out to members; what happens behind the scenes during power outages and the important role her team plays to help members stay “in the know” on a wide range of topics regarding their energy usage.
