2026 Winners

Gaff-n-Go 2026 is officially in the books, and REC crews delivered another outstanding year of competition, teamwork and professionalism. Across the Apprentice, Journeyman and Equipment Operator divisions, REC competitors earned multiple perfect scores, event wins and overall championships while continuing to raise the standard of excellence in the field.

The team of Zach Carlisle (BR), Andrew Gray (BR) and Cody Lockhart (BR) captured Overall Equipment Operator Champion honors after earning first-place finishes with perfect scores in both the OCR Change-Out and the Digger Derrick/Mini Ex Obstacle Course events.

Hunter Jost (BR), Matthew Murphy (BR) and Travis Scheulen (BR) also earned a second-place finish in the Digger Derrick/Mini Ex Obstacle Course.

Several Equipment Operator teams earned perfect scores throughout the competition.

Perfect scores in the OCR Change-Out event were earned by:

Perfect scores in the Bucket Truck Hurtman Rescue event were earned by:

In the Journeyman division, multiple REC teams earned perfect scores in both the Hurtman Rescue and Recloser Change-Out events.
