Ghoulish Fun at Trunk-or-Treats
Monday | October 31, 2022

Fun was had by all at local trunk or treats which provide a fun, safe environment for children to enjoy the Halloween festivities. REC employees passed out candy to hundreds of children and enjoyed chatting with ghouls of all ages.

Ray Seip, Field Operations Foreman, and Sean Davis, Apprentice Lineman, volunteered at the Mangohick Vol. Fire Dept Trunk-or-Treat on Oct. 29. That same night, Rodney Latney, First Class Serviceman; Jennifer Wilson, Operations/Distribution Design Clerk; Troy Wheeler, Physical Security Specialist; and DeWayne Close, Member Service Representative, participated in the Spotsylvania County Trunk-or-Treat. The next day, Seip and Mike Royal, Lineman, joined the fun at Ephesus Baptist Church’s Trunk-or-Treat; and Member Service Field Representatives Eric Corbin and Tucker Brockman spent Halloween at the Madison County Trunk-or-Treat on Oct. 31. On Thursday, Oct. 27 Jeff Hinson, Director of Member Services & Community Relations, and Eliza Obenchain, Member Service Representative, handed out candy to those attending the Warren County Department of Social Services’ Jack-O-Lantern Jubilee.
