How to Apply

The Power of Change grants are awarded to 501(c)3 organizations that provide services within the REC Service Territory.

The Power of Change online applications for grants are accepted twice a year between the periods of December to February 10 and June to August 10.  Funding for each round is determined at a CARE Charity Board Meeting. Applicants are notified of their status in April and October and approved recipients will receive funding at that time. Only one application can be made within 12 months. Recipients must wait a period of two years from funding and have submitted a complete Grant Evaluation Form to be eligible to apply again.
