Members Connect with REC Leaders In Power Hour Town Hall
Friday | April 14, 2023

For about an hour on the evening of April 13, member-owners of Rappahannock Electric Cooperative (REC) participated in a question-and-answer discussion directly with President and CEO John Hewa and REC’s Board Chairman Chris Shipe during the Power Hour Town Hall.

Members asked questions about such topics as reliability, electric vehicles, solar and cybersecurity, high bills and broadband.

REC hosts Power Hour meetings for members to be able to ask questions directly to the Cooperative’s leadership. Members who did not have their questions answered live, as well as those who left a voicemail received follow-up calls from REC’s management team and other REC leaders.

Anyone who was unable to participate in the live call can listen to the recording by watching the video below.
