REC Joins Fredericksburg Chamber's Internship Success Workshop

The Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Workforce NOW Committee hosted Internship Success on Wednesday, May 11.

As a post event to its Intern Expo in April, panel members shared their internship experiences with local businesses. Rachel Conrad,Communications Specialist, spoke on the panel, sharing her internship success story at REC. Also attending the workshop was Fafa Baker, REC's Organizational Development Specialist who manages REC's internship program, and Felicia Ainsa, REC's Director of Economic Development who hosted an intern in the summer of 2021 and is hosting another intern for the summer of 2022.
