REC Lineman Provide Safety Demo

Scott Ricketts, Member Service Field Representative; Cody Lockhart, Line Foreman; Justin Shriver, First Class Lineman; Zach Carlisle, Apprentice Lineman; and Austin Chilcote, Apprentice Lineman, provided a live line demo at Bowman Library for a home school group on Oct. 24.
The exhibition was designed to educate about various aspects of electricity generation, distribution and safety. Students had the opportunity to learn about electricity and safety, sources of electricity, the distribution grid, safety equipment and gear, safety tips and practices, and got to have a Q&A session.
