Member-owners may also make bill payments at participating MoneyGram locations found throughout, or near, your Cooperative's service territory. Please note that MoneyGram charges a nominal fee of $1.50 for each payment. Cash payments can be made at any bill payment location. PIN-based debit cards can be used at select locations, but please contact the location to confirm. There could be a delay for this payment to reach REC, so please contact us if your due date is within 7 days.
