REC members will see an increase in the power cost adjustment (PCA) on electric bills issued on or after May 1, 2026. The PCA reflects the cost of wholesale power purchased by the Cooperative on behalf of its members.

We understand that changes to your electric bill can be challenging, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Our team is here to help you find solutions that work for your situation.

Whether you need more flexibility with your bill, want better visibility into your energy use, or are looking for financial assistance resources, REC offers a variety of options to support you.
