REC members will see an increase in the power cost adjustment (PCA) on electric bills issued on or after May 1, 2026. The PCA reflects the cost of wholesale power purchased by the Cooperative on behalf of its members.

We understand that changes to your electric bill can be challenging, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Our team is here to help you find solutions that work for your situation.

Member-owners can support each other by enrolling in The Power of Change or giving a gift through the Gift of Electricity program.
