Is your electric bill often late due to illness or forgetfulness? Consider enrolling in REC's Caring Notice program.

Caring Notice is a program that assists our member-owners who sometimes forget to pay their monthly electric bill. If a member’s account becomes delinquent, REC will notify the contact person who helps remind them about the payment. The contact person is under no obligation to pay the delinquent bill – just to remind the member about the missed payment. To enroll in the Caring Notice program, please download the Caring Notice Authorization Form or call 800-552-3904. Caring Notice is a free and voluntary program offered by REC, and a member may withdraw at any time.

Please submit the Caring Notice Authorization Form by mail or by fax:

Supporting Therapeutic Adventure Camp

Friday | June 30, 2023
Therapeutic Adventure Camp of Orange (TACO) is a 4-H sponsored event run by a committee of volunteers that serves special needs youth ages 9-19.
For about an hour on the evening of June 29, member-owners of Rappahannock Electric Cooperative (REC) participated in a question-and-answer discussion...
REC employees joined the Caroline County First Responders’ camp to educate campers on how to stay safe around electricity.
