The Landlord Transfer Agreement allows REC to automatically transfer an electric bill to a landlord if a tenant or occupant requests a disconnect at a rental property listed on the agreement. The agreement minimizes phone calls to property owners when tenants discontinue service.

The agreement does not prevent the service from being disconnected if the tenant fails to pay a bill. To participate in this program, simply download and complete the Landlord Transfer Agreement Form and mail it to the address noted at the top.
