Casey explained how their scholarship program works, who can apply and what types of education can be obtained using them. She told us of the deadline to apply and reminded us that current college students can still submit an application. Click here for more information.

A Day in the Life: Member Service Representative, Michelle Wells

Our conversation today with Michelle Wells, Member Service Representative with REC, included an overview of a typical day. Michelle works out of the Blue Ridge office in Front Royal and deals with local walk-ins and phone calls on a wide variety of topics from service set-ups, disconnects to volunteering at local community events. She is the liaison between members and Rappahannock Electric Cooperative staff/support.
