She walked us through some things to consider when choosing a smart thermostat for your home and compared the two most popular options: Nest & ecobee.

Casey gave us advice for efficiently using many of our major appliances like dishwashers, dryers and furnace/air conditioners. She also talked gave us some energy saving tips about light bulbs, computers, air filters, programmable thermostats and the Instant Pot.
